Apply Blonde Plus 10V Toning Foam to clean, damp hair. Distribute the foam evenly from roots to ends and massage it in. Leave it on for 3-5 minutes, depending on the desired neutralization of yellow or gold tones. Rinse the hair thoroughly. This semi-permanent toner lasts 4 to 6 washes and neutralizes unwanted yellow tones with gentle blue-violet pigments.
